In India's competitive job market, young people from low-income communities face a brutal paradox: employers want experience, but no one will give them a first chance. LaunchPad exists to change that.
LaunchPad equips young people aged 18–30 with the skills, confidence, and industry connections they need to enter formal employment. Over three months, participants undergo structured vocational training, communication and soft skills development, mock interview preparation, and placement support with employer partners.
